I agree to participate, as indicated, on Tales From the South, which I understand will be produced and recorded for broadcast and simultaneous live audio streaming over the facilities of KUAR/KLRE in perpetuity. In doing so, I do not grant any rights for the duplication of the program for distribution by any other agency on any other station or in any other media throughout the world. However, if KUAR/KLRE wishes to acquire any of these additional rights, I agree to entertain such an offer and to negotiate in good faith for such additional distribution.

I hereby authorize KUAR/KLRE and other person and entities designated by KUAR/KLRE to use my name, likeness, voice and biographic material in such manner as it may determine for promotional purposes.

I represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and that my reading of my original written work and the rights I have granted hereunder will not conflict with or violate any commitment or understanding I have to or with any other person or entity.

This agreement is being made and entered into under the laws of the State of Arkansas and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of said state. It embodies the entire agreement of the parties hereto, and no modification hereof shall be of any effect unless made in writing.
